Custom Designs

Before beginning a custom project together, I require a down payment as well as installments until the custom is complete. Once a custom piece is complete, the remaining balance is due prior to shipping. When the final payment is received, I will then ship out your piece and provide tracking information.

Refunds & Returns

Please read shop listings carefully. Clearly written descriptions are present for each piece and contain all necessary information to avoid confusion. I do not accept returns or exchanges based on wrong sizing or buyer's remorse. Please understand that custom orders and custom length/sized items are strictly non-refundable. Please provide accurate measurements and feel free to contact me should you have any questions about measuring properly.

Shipping

All items are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Packages are sent First Class or Priority upon request. Please allow 3-7 days for “ready to ship” items to be shipped and 1-4 weeks for “made to order” pieces to ship. I am not liable for lost packages, although I will happily do everything that I possibly can to help find it. If you would like to add shipping insurance to your order, please email julrwise@gmail.com after purchasing and I will send an additional invoice for the cost.

All items are carefully packaged and wrapped in eco-friendly boxes, decorated and ready for gifting. In order to save paper, I do not include a printed receipt. You receive one via email upon purchase.
